Before You Start

☐CSV or Excel file with leads (name, phone, and/or email)
☐Kyra account with AI worker set up

Prepare your CSV file

Make sure your spreadsheet has the right columns.

→Required columns: Name (or First Name + Last Name), Phone or Email
→Optional columns: Service Interested In, Last Contact Date, Notes, Source
→Save as .CSV (comma-separated values)
→Remove any duplicate phone numbers
→Clean up formatting: phone numbers should be 10+ digits

💡 Pro tip: The more info you include (service interest, notes), the more personalized your AI's outreach will be.

Import into Kyra CRM

Upload your CSV file to create contacts.

→Go to Dashboard → CRM → Import
→Click Upload CSV
→Map your columns: Name → Contact Name, Phone → Phone, etc.
→Preview the import to verify data looks correct
→Click Import — contacts will be created immediately

Launch AI reactivation campaign

Let your AI reach out to every imported contact.

→Enable Autopilot in your dashboard
→The Monday "Hot Lead Follow-Up" action will automatically text imported leads
→Or create a custom automation: trigger = "Contact Imported", action = "AI reaches out"
→Your AI will introduce itself and re-engage each lead personally
→Leads who respond enter a live AI conversation automatically

Monitor results

Track which leads re-engage and book.

→Go to Dashboard → Conversations to see AI exchanges
→Check CRM → Contacts for updated lead statuses
→Review Performance for response rates and bookings
→Typical reactivation rate: 5-15% of old leads re-engage

How many leads can I import?
